BHI offers the deepest bench and experience with project management having an average 25 years of experience.

Training

BHI Energy is committed to the development of employees with the highest safety training, qualifications and skill sets to meet our customers’ needs.

We have invested millions of dollars on training infrastructure and programs. This investment includes a 15,000 square foot training facility located at our Lawrenceville, GA office, with classrooms, laboratories, full scale mock ups and dynamic learning facilities.

BHI Energy’s technician and craft training programs were designed with two primary objectives in mind:

Improve and enhance the critical skill sets of our existing workforce to ensure safe and efficient production of a quality work product
Augment the supply of quality new craft and technicians

Our program has been accepted as equivalent to several utility programs. Each of these training and qualification programs contains the following critical elements:

Meets or exceeds the requirements accepted by utilities and industrial facilities
Provides standardized training and qualification documentation
Provides just-in-time training before each project on pre-determined scope
Independently validates workers’ ability to perform job correctly and efficiently
